02 — The man
Meet Brandon
“The Golfer” Vitek
The nickname isn't marketing. Brandon built his network the slow way — eighteen holes at a time. Regional managers, EPC owners, install directors and top closers: a lot of them first talked shop with him somewhere between the first tee and the clubhouse. Deals got done. Hires got made. The name stuck.
Sixteen-plus years later, that's still how he works. He knows who is quietly looking, who is about to open a new market, and which offices burn people out. That context is the product — not a keyword search.
“You don’t place good people off a job board. You place them because you know them, and you know the room you’re putting them in.”
- Direct. You get a real conversation and a straight read on fit, comp and market.
- Relationship-first. Candidates aren't inventory. Clients aren't req numbers.
- No resume black holes. If you apply, you hear back — yes, no, or not yet.
03 — The supply side
Direct manufacturer sourcing
Brandon also works directly with Chinese module and equipment manufacturers. For EPCs, dealers and developers, that means one person who can help you connect supply and talent in the same conversation.
Modules
Mono PERC, TOPCon and bifacial lines — container and MOQ-level introductions.
Inverters
String, hybrid and microinverter suppliers, matched to your stack and warranty needs.
Racking & Mounting
Roof-mount, ballasted and ground-mount systems from established factory partners.
Storage & Batteries
Residential and C&I battery lines, including pairing with existing inverter platforms.
- Factory-direct pricing conversations, opened directly with the manufacturer
- Container and MOQ-level intros — sized to what you actually move
- Logistics coordination support: freight, timing and delivery sequencing
- Warm handoffs, not a spreadsheet of cold contacts
Honest disclaimer: Brandon facilitates introductions between buyers and manufacturers. He is not the manufacturer of record, not a distributor, and does not warrant, sell or guarantee any equipment. All pricing, specifications, certifications, warranty terms and contracts are agreed directly between you and the supplier. Do your own diligence.
